I hate to be a "killjoy" but I don't believe there is a standard form because each situation is different. The purpose of an "affidavit" is to state the truth about a specific situation. Looking for a "fits all" form is like looking for the "holy grail", it is a fruitless search. YOU NEED TO JUST TELL THE TRUTH!

I am not looking for a standard form. I was looking for a sample/example of what I requested (and it had nothing to do with an affidavit).
I know that every situation is different, so I would not expect my affidavit to be the same as someone elses. I know exactly what affidavits are for and how to put one together. I also know that when I swear to something, I need to tell the truth.

I also tried another search term and stumbled upon something that was very relevant. It was very close to what I plan to turn in at the courthouse tomorrow. Their rebuttal of their Plaintiff's motion and what they said (some specific things) makes me think they are going against the firm/Plaintiff as myself.
I can't be sure, because they blacked out their info.
I think the Plaintiff's attorney in my case has so many foreclosures cases, that they get sloppy. They don't check for accuracy (or truth) and just file in the hope the borrower will not respond.
I will keep chugging along until I find a good attorney. I am being very careful and have octtripple checked everything I have filed with the court.
I think that if I take my time and not go crazy, I will prevail.
BTW: I have read so much case law this weekend I am . It is a good crazy. I feel knowledgable and informed. Not a bad feeling at all.

You're right about that. I read somewhere that less than 25% of people even answer the complaint.
